The Silvergate case process ensures Quality Assurance, efficient handling of your request, and timely completion of your case.
Fill out an online application, and you will then be assigned a unique Case ID. Do not send documents to our office without filling out the online application. Filling out this application will streamline the process and ensure faster processing of your case.
A Silvergate Case Manager will review your documentation, and will advise on whether additional documentation/evidence is required before proceeding.
Each case is worked on by an experienced and knowledgeable team comprised of Case Managers, Evaluators, Professors, Translators, Proofreaders and/or Editors, as appropriate for the selected service.
The completed report will be emailed to you in PDF format. Delivery via mail is available for an extra fee; If required, please indicate so on your initial online application form.
